Springfield, MA (January 29, 2025) – Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash with multiple injuries at the intersection of Liberty St and Genesee St on Tuesday evening, according to local authorities.
Springfield Fire Captain Drew Garrett reported that the crash was called in around 5:53 p.m. Firefighters arrived to find one occupant trapped in their vehicle due to the impact. Crews worked quickly to free the individual while providing medical assistance.
