Truck Accidents in Florida
Collisions involving semi-trucks and passenger vehicles often result in severe or fatal injuries due to the size and weight of commercial trucks. Intersections and driveways near distribution centers, like the Dollar General facility on CR-235A, can be particularly dangerous as large trucks enter and exit roadways.
According to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), truck-related crashes account for a significant number of fatalities in Florida each year. Contributing factors may include limited visibility, driver inattention, and misjudged distances when merging or crossing roadways.
For families who have lost a loved one in a truck accident, understanding legal options is crucial. Wrongful death claims, insurance negotiations, and liability investigations can be complex, making professional guidance essential during such a difficult time.
If you or a loved one has been affected by a truck accident, consulting with a professional can help you understand your legal rights and take steps toward securing the support and compensation you deserve.
