Dallas County, MO (January 28, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision occurred late Monday morning on US 65, approximately one mile south of Louisburg, resulting in moderate injuries to one individual. The crash happened at around 11:17 a.m. and involved a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 and a 2021 Suzuki Grand Vitara.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash took place when the driver of the GMC Sierra, a 48-year-old male from Buffalo, MO, attempted to make a left turn into a private driveway. During the turn, the vehicle crossed into the path of the southbound Suzuki Grand Vitara, driven by a 59-year-old female from Edwards, MO, resulting in a collision.
Both vehicles sustained significant damage and were towed from the scene by Stauffer Towing. The driver of the Suzuki suffered moderate injuries and was transported by Mercy Ambulance to Cox South for treatment. The driver of the GMC was reportedly uninjured.
