Head-On Collisions in Michigan
Head-on crashes are among the most severe types of accidents, often resulting in significant injuries or fatalities. These accidents commonly occur when drivers cross the centerline, whether due to distraction, fatigue, or road conditions. Rural roads, such as Jordan Lake Road, can be particularly dangerous due to higher speeds and limited lighting.
To help prevent head-on collisions, drivers are reminded to remain vigilant, avoid distractions, and slow down on two-lane roads, especially during nighttime hours.
