Winter Haven, FL (January 27, 2025) – A tragic two-vehicle crash on State Road 60 early Saturday morning claimed the life of one man and left another with serious injuries, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Emergency crews, including deputies and Polk County Fire Rescue, were dispatched to the scene at approximately 4:25 a.m. The collision occurred about half a mile east of Logistics Parkway in Winter Haven.
