Greene County, MO (January 26, 2025) – A vehicle accident occurred on Farm Road 15, approximately 5 miles northwest of Republic in Greene County. The crash was reported at around 1:10 p.m. and was investigated by CPL. D.L. Johnson of Troop D.
According to the crash report, a 2016 Jeep Compass traveling southbound left the roadway, struck a ditch, and sustained total damage. The vehicle was later towed by MO Roadside Rescue and Recovery.
The driver, a 37-year-old woman from Springfield, MO, suffered injuries, while a 39-year-old male passenger also from Springfield sustained moderate injuries. Both individuals opted to seek medical treatment on their own.
The circumstances that led to the vehicle leaving the roadway are under investigation by local authorities.
