Butler, PA (January 23, 2025) – Emergency responders from Stations 3, 38, and 99 were dispatched to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Meridian Rd and McCalmont Rd on Thursday morning. The incident, reported at 9:19 a.m., initially involved unknown injuries. By 9:21 a.m., it was confirmed that all occupants had exited their vehicles and were requesting EMS evaluation.
Crews arrived at the scene shortly thereafter, with Command confirming the involvement of two vehicles. Medical teams assessed the occupants, and advanced life support (ALS) transport was arranged for at least one individual to Butler Memorial Hospital (BMH) at approximately 9:46 a.m. Additional responding units, including Engine 38, were canceled as the situation came under control. The scene was cleared, and the incident was terminated by 9:54 a.m.
