Portsmouth, NH (January 16, 2025) – A tragic multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 95 near Exit 7 claimed the life of a Bremen man on Monday evening. The incident occurred around 6:41 PM and involved three vehicles.
According to New Hampshire State Police, 62-year-old Martin Osier was driving a 2010 Toyota Camry southbound on I-95 when his vehicle drifted onto the left shoulder and sideswiped a concrete barrier. Despite sustaining damage, including a partially deflated tire, Osier continued driving for approximately two miles before stopping in the travel lanes.
Moments later, a 2008 Subaru Legacy driven by 31-year-old Courtney Ramer of Dover rear-ended Osier’s Toyota, pushing it into an adjacent lane. The Toyota was then struck again by a 2021 Dodge Durango operated by 56-year-old Colleen Leonard of Hanson, Massachusetts.
Osier was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Ramer and Leonard sustained minor injuries and were treated and released from the hospital. The Toyota was left disabled, while the Subaru and Dodge came to rest on the left shoulder near the median.
