Woodstock, IL (January 13, 2025) – Five people, including three children, were hospitalized following a broadside crash at the intersection of Tryon and Calhoun Streets on Saturday night. The incident, which occurred at approximately 9:51 p.m., involved a white minivan and a silver SUV.
According to the Woodstock Fire/Rescue District, both vehicles sustained moderate damage in the crash. Two women and a baby in the minivan were transported to Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital with injuries. Four juveniles were in the silver SUV, with two also taken to the same hospital for treatment, while the other two were released at the scene.
The Woodstock Police Department is actively investigating the circumstances that led to the collision.
