Hopkinsville, KY (January 10, 2025) – A devastating house fire on Poole Mill Rd left a woman injured and a family displaced early Friday morning. Emergency personnel from Christian County were called to the scene just before 6:00 AM and discovered the home in the 5000 block of Poole Mill Rd fully engulfed in flames.
Thankfully, all occupants of the home were able to escape; however, a woman sustained a cut to her leg while exiting the residence. She was treated on-site by Hopkinsville EMS for her injuries. Despite the efforts of fire crews, the house was completely destroyed.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire, which remains undetermined at this time.
