Arlington, TX (January 7, 2025) – A tragic auto-pedestrian collision on Monday evening claimed the life of a pedestrian on E Pioneer Pkwy, just west of Texas 360. Arlington police responded to the incident at approximately 6:40 PM.
Upon arriving at the 2000 block of E Pioneer Pkwy, officers found the pedestrian lying in the roadway. Sadly, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver involved remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the identity of the deceased once the next of kin has been notified.
