Richmond, KY (January 6, 2025) – A two-vehicle crash at Exit 83 on I-75 near Buc-ee’s on Duncannon Ln. left three people injured Saturday night, according to the Richmond Police Department. One individual sustained serious injuries, while the conditions of the other two are still being evaluated.
Crash Reconstruction Units were dispatched to the scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision. Emergency crews transported the three injured individuals to a nearby hospital. Initially, authorities reported a fatality; however, they later clarified that no fatalities occurred in this crash.
All ramps at Exit 83 were temporarily closed but reopened by 10:30 PM Saturday night, allowing traffic to resume.
