Frederick, MD (December 29, 2024) – A house fire with entrapment occurred Saturday night in the 9000 block of Allington Manor Circle W, resulting in two adults being rescued and transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident was reported at approximately 10:21 PM. Firefighters arrived to find fire showing from the front of a two-story single-family home. Two adults were initially trapped on the second floor. Crews rescued one occupant through a second-floor window and another from the front door. Both individuals were evaluated by EMS and transported for medical treatment.
The fire was located in the kitchen and was promptly extinguished by fire crews, who also checked for potential extensions to other parts of the house. The scene was secured, and no other injuries were reported.
