Lone Wolf, OK (December 25, 2024) – A tragic multi-fatality collision occurred Monday night near Lone Wolf, Oklahoma, leaving three people dead and a toddler injured. The crash took place on OK-44 and E 1440 Rd and remains under investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).
Authorities reported that 26-year-old Dustin L. Bradford was driving a Chevy Silverado, and 28-year-old Jillian A. Hernandez was operating a Chevy Pickup. Skyler R. Speck, 33, and a 2-year-old juvenile female were passengers in Hernandez’s vehicle.
Emergency responders pronounced Bradford, Hernandez, and Speck deceased at the scene. The toddler, who survived the crash, was initially transported to a nearby hospital before being transferred to a facility in Oklahoma City, where she is listed in fair condition.
OHP has confirmed that seatbelts were not used for Bradford, Hernandez, or Speck. Investigators are working to determine the factors that led to the collision.
