Henrico, VA (December 24, 2024) – Emergency crews responded to a collision involving a tractor-trailer and a vehicle at 5401 Chamberlayne Rd on Monday, leaving two people injured.
Henrico Fire’s Squad-301 was first on the scene, where they discovered a vehicle had been struck by a tractor-trailer. Medic-305 and Ambulance-301 assessed and treated two individuals at the scene before preparing them for transport to a local hospital. The severity of their injuries has not yet been disclosed.
Virginia State Police joined Henrico Police at the location to manage traffic control and assist with the investigation. The accident caused significant delays in the area as crews worked to clear the scene. Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the collision.
