Motorcycle Accidents in California
California’s highways, including SR-91, are often traveled by motorcyclists, making them vulnerable to collisions. Motorcycles are less visible to other drivers, and riders are at a higher risk of severe injuries in crashes involving larger vehicles.
The California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) reports that motorcycle accidents are frequently caused by factors such as unsafe lane changes, speeding, and failure to yield. Riders are encouraged to wear proper safety gear and maintain a defensive riding approach to minimize risks.
Victims of motorcycle accidents often face extensive medical treatment, rehabilitation, and financial strain from lost wages and repair costs. Seeking legal and medical support can be critical in recovering compensation and ensuring proper care.
