Sauk Centre, MN (December 22, 2024) – A two-vehicle collision on MN Highway 71 at 8th Street South resulted in injuries to one driver. The crash occurred around 5:19 PM and involved a northbound Ram 1500 and a southbound Chevy Impala.
The accident occurred when the vehicles collided on MN Highway 71. The Chevy Impala, driven by 61-year-old Deborah Suzanne Mrozek of Browerville, MN, suffered significant damage. Mrozek sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Sauk Centre Emergency Room for treatment. The driver of the Ram 1500, 19-year-old Jonathon Michael Erbes of Tracy, MN, was unharmed and did not require transport.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident, and no alcohol involvement was reported. Emergency responders from the Sauk Centre Police Department, Fire Department, and Ambulance Service attended the scene. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
