Truck Accidents in Missouri
Highway truck accidents, such as the one on I-70, are often catastrophic due to the size and weight of the vehicles involved. Accidents frequently occur due to driver fatigue, equipment failure, or loss of control, and the consequences can be severe when a truck crosses into opposing traffic lanes.
Missouri sees a significant number of truck accidents annually, particularly along major interstates like I-70. These collisions often lead to injuries requiring prolonged medical treatment and recovery.
If you or a loved one is involved in a truck accident, prioritizing safety and medical attention is critical. Seek immediate medical care, even for minor injuries. Document the accident scene by taking photos and gathering witness statements. It’s also important to consult with a legal professional to ensure your rights are protected and to navigate insurance claims effectively.
