Milwaukee, WI (December 21, 2024) – A tragic crash involving an MCTS bus claimed the life of a driver and injured two others early Saturday morning. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of Oakland and Locust on Milwaukee’s Upper East Side.
Milwaukee police reported that a car, traveling at high speed, entered the intersection and struck the bus, which had the right of way. The driver of the car, a 37-year-old individual, succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Authorities have not yet released the name of the deceased driver.
