Lower Saucon Twp, PA (December 19, 2024) – Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries on I-78 Eastbound near mile marker 71.6 in Lower Saucon Township at approximately 6:48 p.m. today. Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Fire Units 16 and 13, along with EMS 1384 and EMS 17, were dispatched to the scene.
Initial reports indicated multiple injuries. By 7:11 p.m., EMS 1384 requested an additional EMS unit to assist, confirming three patients requiring medical attention. Emergency personnel worked to provide care for the injured and manage traffic in the area. The condition of the patients and the severity of their injuries have not yet been disclosed.
