Santa Fe Springs, CA (December 19, 2024) – A fatal traffic collision occurred late Thursday morning on southbound I-605 near Wardlow Rd, involving a box truck and a big rig. Emergency responders worked at the scene to manage the incident and investigate the cause of the crash.
The accident was reported at approximately 11:03 AM. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), a box truck collided with a big rig that was pulled over on the right shoulder.
