Turtle Township, WI (December 15, 2024) – A serious traffic accident involving a rollover occurred on Interstate 43 southbound at mile marker 5 on Saturday evening, leaving at least one person injured. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene after reports of a subject pinned under the overturned vehicle.
Turtle Township Fire and Rescue responded promptly, with additional support from TOB Ambulance, for mutual aid. Dewey’s Towing was requested to assist in lifting the vehicle off the pinned individual. Emergency crews worked quickly to free the injured party and provide medical care before transporting them to a nearby hospital. The extent of the injuries sustained is not yet known.
