Bedford County, VA (December 10, 2024) – Emergency responders from Bedford County Fire and Rescue responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Meadows Spur Rd and Rt. 24 Stewartsville Rd around 8:53 AM on Monday. According to reports, two vehicles were involved, and at least one person sustained injuries.
First responders, including paramedics from Medic 14-13, quickly arrived at the scene and assessed the damage. They reported only minor damage to the vehicles involved. However, emergency crews worked to clear the area and move the vehicles from the main roadway onto Mead Valley Road. Following the assessment, additional medic units were canceled as the situation was deemed under control.
