Phoenix, AZ (December 8, 2024) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred late Saturday morning on Interstate 17 near Greenway Rd in north Phoenix. The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) reported that the crash, involving multiple vehicles, occurred around 11:45 a.m. and resulted in injuries.
Emergency responders treated and transported at least three individuals to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The collision caused significant traffic disruptions, as all lanes except the HOV lane were temporarily closed for investigation. DPS has since reopened the roadway.
