Sartell, MN (December 2, 2024) – An accident involving two vehicles occurred Sunday afternoon on MN Highway 15 at Stearns County Rd 1. The collision, reported at approximately 4:32 p.m., involved a 1998 Ford F-150 and a 2017 GMC Terrain, both traveling northbound on the highway.

The driver of the GMC Terrain, identified as 52-year-old Troy Allen Gunderson from Waite Park, MN, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment. The driver of the Ford F-150, identified as 54-year-old Wayne Ross Gilroy from Rice, MN, was unharmed.
According to officials, airbags in both vehicles did not deploy, and seat belts were used by both drivers. No alcohol was involved in the incident. The roadway was dry at the time of the accident.
