Brooklyn, NY (November 26, 2024) – A tragic incident occurred early this morning at the Clinton–Washington Aves station on the C Line in Brooklyn. At approximately 4:40 AM, a person was struck by a train. Despite the swift response from emergency services, the individual was pronounced dead at the scene (DOA).
First responders, including paramedics, quickly arrived and provided assistance, but unfortunately, the injuries sustained in the accident were fatal. The station was temporarily closed, and the area was cleared to allow authorities to conduct their investigation into the cause of the incident.
