Vancouver, WA (November 23, 2024) – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a truck while crossing the intersection of NE Fourth Plain Blvd and NE 117th Ave on Thursday evening, according to the Vancouver Police Department (VPD).
The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. when a man attempted to cross the crosswalk without a light. A truck approaching the intersection struck the pedestrian.
