Emergency responders transported the injured pedestrian to a nearby hospital, where they were pronounced deceased. TPD officials confirmed that all parties involved in the crash have been identified, and the incident is not being treated as a hit-and-run. Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the victim as they navigate this heartbreaking loss.
