St. Louis, MO (November 18, 2024) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred on Saturday afternoon at the intersection of eastbound Highway 30 and Gravois Bluffs Blvd, resulting in injuries to two individuals. The crash, reported at approximately 2:49 PM, involved four vehicles and required the response of the Fenton Fire Protection District, Fenton Ambulance District, and St. Louis County Police.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2011 Ford F250 (Vehicle 1) failed to yield at a red light while traveling eastbound on Highway 30, colliding with a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado (Vehicle 2) that was heading northbound on Gravois Bluffs Blvd. The impact caused Vehicle 2 to veer into the westbound lanes of Highway 30, striking a 2018 Ford Escape (Vehicle 3) and a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta (Vehicle 4).
The driver of the Chevrolet Silverado, a 34-year-old male from House Springs, MO, sustained injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis by the Fenton Fire Protection District. A 40-year-old female occupant of the Silverado also suffered injuries and was transported to the same hospital by the Fenton Ambulance District.
The Ford F250 and Chevrolet Silverado sustained moderate damage and were towed from the scene. Meanwhile, the Ford Escape and Volkswagen Jetta sustained minor damage and were driven away. All individuals involved were reportedly using safety devices at the time of the collision.
