Murray, KY (November 15, 2024) – A single-vehicle crash on Highway 641 North at the intersection with Flint Road in Calloway County left one driver entrapped and six passengers needing assistance after their vehicle slammed into a tree head-on. Calloway County 911 Communications Center dispatched Fire & Rescue units shortly after the accident was reported, with a caller noting that multiple individuals were inside the vehicle and smoke might be emanating from the wreckage.
Emergency crews responded rapidly, with Pumper 1 arriving on scene in less than 4 minutes. Upon arrival, they found the vehicle had exited the roadway and struck a tree, causing significant damage.
