Rear-End Collision Risks in Missouri
Rear-end collisions, particularly on highways like I-49, can have catastrophic consequences. Factors such as driver fatigue, distraction, or failure to maintain a safe following distance often contribute to these incidents. Fatalities and serious injuries highlight the need for heightened awareness and adherence to roadway safety measures.
Missouri law allows families of deceased victims to pursue wrongful death claims and provides avenues for injured individuals to seek compensation for medical expenses, lost income, and other damages caused by negligent drivers.
