Watab Township, MN (November 10, 2024) – Emergency crews responded to a significant two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 10 and 110th St on Sunday morning, November 10.
According to preliminary reports, the accident occurred around 9:28 a.m. when a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander and a 2015 Chevy Impala collided at the intersection. Both vehicles were traveling westbound on separate roads before the impact. The collision led to airbag deployment in both vehicles.
Paramedics, along with the Rice Fire Department and Mayo Ambulance, arrived swiftly at the scene to assist those injured in the crash. The Benton County Sheriff’s Office also provided support for the response and subsequent investigation.
The drivers and one passenger involved, identified as Shauna Marie Ramirez, Robert Dale Klinger, and Gloria Mae Klinger, were transported to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. All three individuals were reported to have been wearing seat belts at the time of the crash, and no alcohol was involved. The road conditions were dry, and no other environmental factors were noted.
