Risks of ATV Use on Public Roads
ATVs are not typically designed for roadway use, and incidents like this highlight the risks involved, particularly when equipped with attachments like snowplows. Unpredictable road conditions, unseen obstacles, and lack of protective enclosures make ATV operation on public roads especially hazardous.
Accidents involving ATVs can result in severe injuries that require extensive medical care and recovery time. Understanding available resources and seeking professional assistance can help victims and their families navigate the aftermath of such incidents.
