Williston, FL (October 29, 2024) – A tragic accident occurred on Sunday morning, resulting in the death of a 44-year-old man while riding an all-terrain vehicle (ATV). The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reported that the fatal incident took place around 10:30 AM on October 27, in the 2200 block of NE 120th Avenue.
According to FHP, the ATV was traveling alongside a large depression in the ground when the front right tire slipped, causing the vehicle to roll into the hole. During the rollover, the rider was ejected from the ATV, sustaining fatal injuries. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
