North Miami, FL (October 28, 2024) – A multi-car accident occurred early Monday morning around 8:30 a.m. on Interstate 95, leading to significant traffic disruptions. The crash resulted in the shutdown of both express lanes on one side of the interstate, and for approximately 20 minutes, one lane on the opposite side was also affected.

As of 10:27 a.m., trucks and personnel were still on-site, working to clear the northbound express lanes, which remained blocked just south of Northwest 95th Street. Fortunately, both southbound lanes have since reopened for use, although the left express lane, which had been completely closed, is experiencing slower traffic.
