Upon arrival, officers discovered a man suffering from serious injuries. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, where he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been identified as 64-year-old Jose Valles. Witnesses reported that the suspect fled the scene without providing any assistance to the injured man.
