The collision involved a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Jane E. Birkenbach of Arnold, and a 2011 Dodge pickup truck.
According to preliminary reports, the crash took place when Birkenbach’s vehicle was involved in a collision with the Dodge. Emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly after the incident was reported. Despite their efforts, Jane E. Birkenbach was pronounced dead at the scene.
