Fannin County, TX (October 3, 2024) – A tragic head-on collision occurred just before noon on Wednesday, resulting in the deaths of five individuals in Fannin County. The Texas Department of Public Safety reported that the accident took place at the intersection of State Highway 56 and County Road 3212, approximately eight miles east of Bonham.
Preliminary investigations indicate that two vehicles collided head-on at the intersection, leading to a devastating outcome. Unfortunately, five people lost their lives in this tragic incident. Two survivors were transported to Texoma Medical Center in Denison for treatment of serious injuries sustained during the crash.
