According to the investigation conducted by TPR Geren, the crash involved two vehicles: a 2002 Chevrolet Tracker driven by 35-year-old Tyler Splain from Frankford, MO, and a 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 driven by 28-year-old Brendan Orf from O’Fallon, MO. Preliminary reports indicate that the Chevrolet Tracker failed to yield at a stop sign, resulting in a collision with the Dodge Ram.
Both vehicles sustained extensive damage and were towed from the scene. Brendan Orf, the driver of the Dodge Ram, suffered minor injuries and was transported by Van-Far Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital for medical care. Tyler Splain, the driver of the Chevrolet Tracker, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to the University of Missouri in Columbia for further treatment.
