His passenger, 83-year-old Robert Merryl Dickerson, also from Rochester, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester for further evaluation.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident, and there was no indication of alcohol involvement. The airbag in the Ford F150 deployed during the collision, while the airbag in the Buick Lucerne did not deploy.
