St. Cloud, MN (September 19, 2024) – A collision between two semi trucks on westbound I 94 at milepost 138 resulted in non-life threatening injuries Thursday afternoon. The incident involved a 2018 Volvo tractor and a 2025 Freightliner semi. Authorities responded to the scene around 12:32 PM. Gamalier Cirino Cordova, 50, of Ocala, FL, was transported to Melrose Hospital.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts, and no alcohol was involved in the crash. The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, along with Freeport Fire and Rescue and Melrose Ambulance, attended the scene. The investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the collision.
