Chesterfield, VA (September 18, 2024) – A pedestrian was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a car Tuesday evening, September 17. The crash occurred around 8 p.m. at the intersection of Chester Rd and Whistle Stop Rd.

Authorities report that a vehicle traveling south on Chester Rd struck the pedestrian, who was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for emergency care. The extent of the injuries has been described as life-threatening.
