Washington Township, OH (September 17, 2024) – A two-vehicle accident occurred Tuesday evening, September 17. At the intersection of Mad River Rd and Munger Rd. According to Montgomery County deputies, the crash happened just after 9 p.m. When a Chevrolet Equinox failed to yield to a Honda Pilot at the intersection.

The driver of the Honda Pilot sustained serious injuries and had to be extricated from the vehicle. All involved, including passengers, were transported to Kettering Medical Center for treatment.

The driver of the Chevrolet Equinox was cited for failure to yield. Authorities confirmed that there were no signs of impairment. Further details will be provided as the investigation continues.
