Columbus, OH – One Killed, Two Injured in Accident on I-270 South of I-70

Columbus, OH (September 16, 2024) – A woman was killed and two others injured in a crash on I-270 in southeast Columbus early Sunday morning, September 15. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes, just south of I-70.

According to police, 30-year-old Taquajah Page was driving a Mazda 6 and attempted to make a left turn into the emergency turnaround. A vehicle traveling in the left lane struck her car.

Page was pronounced dead at 2:37 a.m. Two passengers in the other vehicle were taken to nearby hospitals and are expected to survive. The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.

Authorities are investigating the crash and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
