Tucson, AZ – 2 Dead, 1 Hospitalized After Crash on Nogales Hwy & Felix Rd

Tucson, AZ (September 15, 2024) – A severe two-car collision at Nogales Hwy and Felix Rd resulted in two fatalities and one critical injury on Friday evening around 7:16 PM. Pima County Sheriff’s deputies quickly responded to the scene.

Roger Haynie, 66, and Eliva Soto, 72, were pronounced dead at the location. Another individual suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to a local hospital for urgent care.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.
