Lexington, KY (September 15, 2024) – A fatal crash occurred late Saturday night on I-64 East near mile marker 86. Lexington police responded to the scene around 11 p.m. and discovered two vehicles involved in a collision. One driver was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other driver was unharmed.
