Taney, MO (September 13, 2024) – A serious rear-end accident occurred Thursday, September 12, on northbound US 65 near Mile Marker 15. The crash involved a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and a 2022 Lance Cargo vehicle.

Nicholas Poole, 38, from Albion, NY, was driving the Lance Cargo and sustained serious injuries. He was transported by ambulance to Cox South in Springfield for treatment. The driver of the Chevrolet Equinox, 18-year-old Isabelle Weston from Branson, MO, was not reported injured. Both vehicles were towed from the scene due to extensive damage.
