Kansas City, MO – Multiple Injuries Reported in Two-Vehicle Accident on I-35 SB at Mile Marker 10

Kansas City, MO (September 13, 2024) – A two-vehicle accident occurred Wednesday, September 11, on I-35 SB at Mile Marker 10. The crash involved a 2010 Hyundai Elantra and a 2013 Ford Fusion. Five people sustained injuries in the incident.

The 16-year-old driver of the Hyundai Elantra suffered minor injuries and was taken to Liberty Hospital by private transport. A 15-year-old male passenger sustained serious injuries and was transported to North Kansas City Hospital, while two other juveniles, aged 14, suffered moderate to minor injuries. The driver of the Ford Fusion, 37-year-old Mark Solomon, was treated for minor injuries at North Kansas City Hospital.
