Charles County, MD (September 13, 2024) – Three people were killed in a Friday morning crash involving a charter bus and a dump truck in Nanjemoy, Maryland. The incident occurred around 8 a.m. Near the intersection of Port Tobacco Rd and Bowie Rd.
Maryland State Police reported that a senior-living facility bus crossed the double yellow line and collided head-on with the dump truck. The driver of the bus, a man in his 80s. Two female passengers in their 60s were pronounced dead at the scene. The dump truck driver was unharmed.
