Plummer, MN (September 11, 2024) – Two drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a collision at US Hwy 59 and Red Lake CR 1 on Tuesday. Grace Marie Gieseke, 24, from Brooks, MN, was driving a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix eastbound when it collided with Scott Lee Doyle’s 2020 Chevy Silverado, which was traveling northbound.

The impact deployed airbags in both vehicles. Both drivers were taken to Sanford Thief River Falls for treatment. The cause of the accident is under investigation. Authorities are working to determine the full circumstances surrounding the crash.
